Una Masterclass workshop for PhD students

Una Masterclass workshop for PhD students
We would like to present our first Una Masterclass workshop for PhD students which will be held under DIGITALIZED! Society in the Era of Digital Revolution project.

The aim of DIGITALIZED! is to develop new methods to intensify the cooperation between the universities of Una Europa, and to conduct scientific research. The project also endeavours to popularize and educate. Moreover, the additional goal is to implement and carry out projects in the socio-economic environment that are connected with the impact of the digital revolution which influences changes in the social world.

DIGITALIZED! is financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange as part of the Academic International Partnerships programme.

Una Masterclasses are meetings with world-leading scientists, entrepreneurs, science managers, and opinion-makers to discuss a selected, vital problem falling within the thematic scope of the project.

The first Una Masterclass workshop will be held online by prof. Luca Gnan Tor Vergata University - Rome – Italy.

Title: Managing Virtual teams: Performance, Negotiations and Conflicts

Welcome onboard the lecture on managing virtual teams!
The current pandemic scenario exposed all of us to a new, big challenge: continue to carry out our work and that of our colleagues remotely.
What are the challenges of a Smart Leader? What are the differences with a leader "in presence"? What are the similarities? What frameworks can we use in managing Virtual Teams?
These are some of the questions we will try to answer during the lecture.
Long-distance working has always existed; we only need to get to know it better.
