Then participate in our PhD Slam!

Join us on the online stage for the Una Europa PhD Slam on November 4 2021.

You will represent your university and have 7 minutes for your slam, creativity is demanded! Slides, dance, graphics, experiments, music etc. Your research topic must focus on the broad concept of sustainability, independent of the faculty.

The jury will be composed of senior researchers in the sustainability area, a communication expert and our audience. The researchers, the expert and the audience will vote together for the three best slams.

The PhD Slam will start at 12:00CET, end at 14:00CET and will be streamed online via the Una Europa YouTube channel and the Berlin Science Week platform. The Slam is organised by Freie Universität Berlin with support from the Berlin Science Week within the European university alliance Una Europa.

If you would like to participate in the PhD Slam, please send a motivational letter with a short resume of your research (max. 1 page) by October 21st at: unaphd@international.fu-berlin.de

The researchers and the expert will select one PhD student per university.There will be a monetised prize for the three winners.
