Una Europa is offering a paid full-time six-month student internship, based at the Una Europa headquarters in Brussels.

The first internship will take place between September 2022 and end of February 2023. The second internship will take place between January 2023 and June 2023.

Tasks

• Attending the meetings of the Una Europa Student Board and providing assistance, in close cooperation with the Co-chairs and relevant actors
• Supporting the Una Europa Student Board in monitoring and engaging with alliance activities
• Attending Una Europa operational meetings on behalf of the Student Board
• Providing the student viewpoint to the Una Europa Brussels-based team
• Assisting liaison with other ‘European Universities’ and EU stakeholders on student involvement
• Other tasks relevant for the position

Profile and skills

• A student at master or PhD level - currently registered at one of the eight Una Europa universities.
• Excellent spoken and written language proficiency in English; other Una Europa languages an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Ability to work independently and to show initiative
• Proactive, team working spirit and positive attitude!

What we offer

• A great international work experience opportunity, under the framework of Erasmus+ mobility grant. Scholarship allowance is in line with the regulations of the sending university for Erasmus+ Student Mobility Placements.
  Belgian professional internship agreement and allowance may be provided in case the sending university is based in the UK or Belgium
• Travel costs relating to the internship will be reimbursed, including a return flight and public transport for commuting to and from the office
