Una.Lecture - University Autonomy is a Valuable Asset
Una Europa's first Una.Lecture of 2024 was held at Universität Zürich on 26 January and explored the importance of university autonomy. The event opened with a keynote from the European University Association's Thomas Estermann, who shared key insights from their University Autonomy Scorecard and set the scene for the panel discussion between university leaders Peter Mathieson (University of Edinburgh), Hester Bijl (Universiteit Leiden) and Michael Schaepman (Universität Zürich), moderated by LERU’s Kurt Deketelaere.
